EAZYCITY INTERNSHIP AGREEMENT

Terms & Conditions

• EazyCity guarantees the candidate an internship in the sector selected by the candidate and for the duration indicated in this agreement;
• In general, professional work experience placements are not remunerated. In certain cases, the company providing the work placement may offer some form of remuneration or benefits based on the candidate’s level of skills, level of English, previous experience as well as the duration of the placement. If the company provides any benefits this will be agreed upon in advance and specified in the agreement;
• The candidate confirms that his/her personal information recorded on his/her CV is accurate.

Internship Rules

• Arrive on time for each working shift. In case of any delays, you should immediately notify the manager and your EazyCity tutor by phone and organise yourself differently to avoid future delays. In case of repeated tardiness, should the candidate lose the internship, EazyCity will not source a secondary placement for the candidate;
• In case of illness, the intern is required to inform the manager by phone at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time;
• In case of absence from work for more than 3 days, the intern is required to bring a medical certificate to the workplace. Please be aware that unjustified or prolonged absence from work may result in the termination of the internship, if the internship is terminated, EazyCity will not source a secondary placement;
• Ask for permission before leaving the workplace;
• English will be the language used in the workplace;
• Show respect and be polite to the employer, workmates and tutor of the company;
• Do not ask for any form of remuneration from the employer if it has not been stipulated in the internship agreement;
• Do not quit or change your internship before first discussing it with an EazyCity representative. Quitting the internship without approval from EazyCity will result in the termination of this contract and EazyCity will not source a secondary placement.
