New Measures at EazyCity to help minimise the spread of Covid-19

WE ARE OPEN AND FULLY OPERATIONAL

At EazyCity we are following the Government & Public Health guidelines regarding measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19 as we aim to return to normal trading in the coming weeks. We would like to confirm that we are accepting bookings from clients arriving from abroad and those clients will be permitted to check in to our accommodation immediately upon arrival to Ireland.

New Measures at EazyCity to help minimise the spread of Covid-19

Client Relations

  • Pre-arrival communication with clients to advise them of new measures and to ask them to download the Covid-19 Tracker App upon arrival in Ireland
  • All payments to be made online or via bank transfer to minimise the need to visit our office
  • Our office headquarters at 112 Oliver Plunkett Street, Cork will re-open to the public on Monday 17thAugustwith new opening hours as follows:
    • Monday & Friday 09.30-13.30
    • Wednesday 14.00 – 19.00
    • Please note that our office will be open to facilitate new bookings and general customer service. There will be a limit on the number of people permitted in the reception area at one time.
    • Our check-in agreement will now also include reference to public health guidelines
    • Clients will receive communication on check-in from EazyCity regarding the steps to take if there is a suspected case of Covid-19 in their accommodation

What are we doing

  • Extra signage will be placed in all accommodation to promote hand hygiene and other hygiene practises as well as Covid-19 public health guidelines
  • No visitors or guests are allowed in EazyCity accommodation until further notice
  • Clients will be asked to adhere to social distancing as much as possible within the common areas of their accommodation by taking turns using the kitchen and not congregating all together in the kitchen and living areas
  • An increased cleaning schedule has been put in place by the EazyCity cleaning team including the use of steam cleaners and anti-bacterial cleaning products. Extra time is being allowed for in the schedule to carry out a thorough deep cleaning of bedrooms before each new check-in
  • We will be offering self-check ins only at this time – clients will be provided with full details of how to retrieve their keys and check in prior to arrival. They will be provided with our Emergency Phone number for assistance.
  • We will not be accepting twin space bookings until further notice; twin rooms may only be booked by 2 people arriving together
We will continue to add to this list of measures based on feedback from our clients, partner agents and our team.

We take our responsibility to help stop the spread of Covid-19 seriously. We ask for your patience and understanding as we adjust to operating under these new circumstances.
