Check-out Procedure

Dear Customer,

Thank you for staying with EazyCity!

On the day of check-out, you are required to vacate your room no later than 10:00 (10am). A late check-out can be offered for a fee of €20.00 up to 14:00 (2pm) in the afternoon (subject to availability and reasonable turnover of the room for the next client). All late check-out requests must be sent to us at least 72 hours in advance by e-mail to [email protected] and are not guaranteed unless confirmed by a member of the team

A member of EazyCity staff may come to your house/apartment to check your room and to take your keys and bed linen. Your deposit will be returned to you by pre-agreed payment method provided that the room is clean and tidy. Deposits will not be returned if the accommodation is not in good order!

Before checking out of the accommodation, please note the following:

Check-out Procedure

• Your bedroom must be clean, including the floor and under the bed. Please use the vacuum cleaner or mop to clean the floor. Put your bed linen in a plastic bag for EazyCity staff to collect and fold the duvet at the end of the bed.
• The bathroom (whether in your bedroom or outside of your bedroom) must be clean. This includes the floor, sink, toilet and shower. Please remove all of your toiletries before leaving.
• Please remove all of your food from the cupboard, fridge and freezer.
• Please ensure all common areas (hall, kitchen, living room and bathrooms) are clean including floors, worktops etc.
• No extra rubbish bags should be outside of bins at the property.

Please ensure that you follow the above procedure in order to receive your full security deposit at the check out or via bank transfer. All deposits for individual clients will be refunded only by Credit Card / Bank Transfer.

If you are doing a self check-out please follow the procedure above and Leave your keys in your room, on the pillow
